The Consulate General of India, Milan will be conducting a Consular Camp

at Ass. Snatan Dharm Mandir, Via Olimpica 4-36071, Arzignano (Vicenza), Italy

on 16.02.2019 (Saturday)

for submission of application for

PASSPORTS & OCI Cards only

(No other services shall be rendered)

(PURELY ON APPOINTMENT BASIS)

TIMINGS : FROM 0900 HOURS TO 1300 HOURS & FROM 1400 HOURS TO 1500 HOURS

SEPARATE APPOINTMENT SHOULD BE TAKEN FOR EACH APPLICANT, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE FACT THEY ARE MEMBERS OF THE SAME FAMILY OR STAYING TOGETHER AT THE SAME ADDRESS

Applicants will have to be present in person, irrespective of their age, for submission of applications, except in the case of application in respect of new born children. Please ensure that the application is filled in correctly and is complete in all respects. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Please bring original as well as clear copies of all documents. Copies of all the documents should be SELF-ATTESTED (append signature, exactly as given in the Passport) by the applicants. In case of minor children, copies of all the documents should be self-attested by at least one of the parents. Original documents will be returned immediately after verification.
