OCI cards holders are hereby informed that it is mandatory to change/apply for reissue of the OCI Card consequent upon change of foreign passport particulars/reisuue of foreign passport. APPLY ON-LINE at https://passport.gov.in/oci/capchaAction (under OCI Miscellaneous Application category).
